Neck-through construction boosts sustain

Made with alternating plies of maple and purpleheart, the neck provides you with incredible stability and a boost in sustain. You'll find that your notes sustain a little longer and that the body resonates more than usual. The neck is capped with a compound-radius fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets that are perfect for huge bends and blazing-fast licks. On either side of the neck, two swamp ash wings and an eye-catching flamed maple veneer round out the rest of the body.

By using the 3-way pickup selector switch and push/pull master tone knob, you can activate the coil-splitting feature and utilize a spanky single-coil sound.
