Duesenberg joins forces with James Bond and long-term collaborator and five-time 007 composer David Arnold to make a unique guitar. Strictly limited to 75, each individually numbered guitar is handmade and personally signed by David Arnold. The limited edition is inspired by a custom Duesenberg guitar co-created with David Arnold for the Sound of 007 in Concert in October 2022. Played by David Arnold and Hans Zimmer, it was then sold at Christie's for £32,760.

Based on the paloma, this numbered edition has a monochrome black and white body, with the iconic gun barrel design on the front and a graphic layout of the 25 james bond film titles on the back. The headstock features a vintage 007 gun logo, while tone and volume knobs are engraved with 007.
"Since Chris Cornell introduced me to Duesenberg whilst we were working on Casino Royale, I‘ve been a huge fan of their instruments. They‘re brilliantly engineered, have a fantastic design aesthetic and an idiosyncratic sound. The Paloma is the guitar I‘d wanted since I started playing. It has a beautiful shape, finish and sound which seems to cover all the best sounds of every other guitar I‘ve played - but in the one instrument. To be asked to design this special limited edition instrument with the guys at Duesenberg was very much a first for me. I hope who ever gets their hands on one plays something from the Bond back catalogue when they take it out of the case."
The special edition case comes with a secret, custom made pull-out compartment made from fine leather. The secret compartment can be hidden under the lid of the accessory compartment and holds four limited edition 007/duesenberg guitar picks.
The three pickup layout featuring our Grand Vintage Humbucker and two matched Duesenberg Singlecoils, Pearlito and AlnicoBlade, offer a wide variety of sounds for any situation. The four pickup combinations are accessible through our new 4-Way rotary switch. All of that is topped off by our premium Radiator Tremola, deluxe Diamond fretboard inlays and a beautifully shaped body contour.
Additionally, their Diamond Deluxe Tremola proved to be one of the best of its kind, providing buttery operation and outstanding tuning stability. If you have ever played a vintage guitar with a tremolo you will understand the tuning issues that plagued guitarists who dared to use them. Duesenberg were not happy giving you a guitar with a trem that was more pain that it was worth. So they went back to the drawing board and between this new trem and the Z-Tuners you will never have tuning issues again.
Duesenberg do not cut corners when it comes to building their guitars. From their custom made hardware to the wood choice and the craftsmanship that goes into brining it all together they are hard to match. This guitar is part of their Artist Line and as such it is a bit more special than your standard Doozy with some unique apointments that are not often found anywhere else.
All their fretboards are carefully pleked and finished by hand for optimum playability and the smooth feel they are famous for. The neck has been carved out of a single piece of maple into their signature D shaped profile that fits wonderfully in the hands without feeling too chunky or too thin. Topped off with Indian rosewood for the fretboard cut off into 22 frets at a 25.5" scale length. After you get your hands round this neck you will fall in love.
